What you will do

• Translate strategic priorities into clear, measurable plans, owning sequencing, milestones, and key decisions.
• Establish metrics and dashboards to reflect delivery confidence, risk, and engineering health across the Platform org.
• Manage capacity, resourcing, and cross-team dependencies to align investment with high-impact priorities.
• Surface risks early and drive tradeoffs when priorities compete to keep complex initiatives on track.
• Partner directly with the CTO, VP of Platform Engineering, and other senior leaders to shape organizational operations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Technical Program Management experience at a high-growth technology company.
• Direct experience working with platform, infrastructure, SRE, or security engineering organizations.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs within a matrixed organization.
• Experience defining or improving incident management, on-call processes, or operational reliability programs.
• Strong analytical instincts with the ability to build systems for tracking delivery health.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for both executive and engineering audiences.
