What you will do

• Lead strategic planning initiatives for Platform Engineering and Security teams, including goal setting and KPI identification.
• Drive company-wide and Business Unit-wide programs and initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to improve operational processes and procedures.
• Build and maintain detailed reporting to inform high-level strategic decisions.
• Ensure security and compliance practices align with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager.
• Significant experience in platform infrastructure, security, or compliance requiring cross-departmental collaboration.
• Proven track record in program management, resource organization, and planning.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data analysis tools.
• Exceptional communication skills with experience influencing senior and executive leadership.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
