Compensation: $129,030–$189,244 per year (US base pay).

What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison between the organization and cloud managed services providers to ensure alignment on SLAs and roadmaps.
• Orchestrate initiatives across Service, DevOps, SRE, R&D, Security, and Product teams to ensure unified execution.
• Drive incident management processes, change advisory board reviews, and capacity planning.
• Coordinate security operations, PCI-DSS compliance, and third-party risk management assessments.
• Oversee the end-to-end release lifecycle and provide executive reporting on platform health and program milestones.
• Support global cloud platform expansions and manage service transition activities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management with at least 5 years focused on cloud infrastructure or SaaS operations.
• Proven experience managing third-party vendor relationships in an outsourced operations model.
• Strong technical understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), CI/CD, IaC, and containerization.
• Deep familiarity with SRE practices, incident management, and SLA/SLO governance.
• Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks such as PCI-DSS, SOC 2, or ISO 27001.
• Must be based in or eligible to work in the US or Canada.

Nice to have

• PMP, PgMP, or similar program management certification.
• ITIL or cloud certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect or Azure Administrator.
• Experience with observability stacks like Splunk, Grafana, or ELK.
