What you will do
- Own and drive major strategic initiatives per quarter that span multiple teams and departments.
- Coordinate complex technical projects such as infrastructure transformations, database migrations, and platform modernizations.
- Design and improve engineering workflows, agile practices, sprint cycles, and release processes.
- Strategically drive CI/CD pipeline improvements to reduce cycle time and increase deployment frequency.
- Define, track, and report on key engineering effectiveness metrics via dashboards for leadership.
- Translate technical metrics into business impact for executive stakeholders.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US.
- 6+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager (TPM) driving cross-functional technical programs.
- Proven track record leading initiatives involving 5+ teams or departments.
- 3+ years in software engineering with a deep understanding of the full development lifecycle.
- Experience implementing metrics and measurement systems to derive actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and modern development practices.
