What you will do

• Lead the execution, coordination, and risk management of critical infrastructure projects to ensure seamless integration.
• Drive key initiatives focusing on reliability, storage, distributed systems, and cloud-native performance improvements.
• Partner with engineering, security, compliance, and legal teams to ensure alignment and on-time delivery.
• Track program milestones across multiple teams, including data, caching, observability, and security engineering.
• Translate technical constraints and risks into executive-level communications for senior leadership.
• Facilitate large-scale testing and rollout strategies to minimize downtime and maintain high system reliability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Infrastructure TPM, cloud engineering, SRE, or infra-focused software engineering.
• Deep technical expertise in cloud-native architectures and distributed systems (AWS or GCP).
• Hands-on knowledge of storage (S3, RDS, DynamoDB), caching (Redis), search (OpenSearch), and event-driven systems (Kafka).
• Proven track record of driving large-scale migrations, cost optimization, and reliability initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience with external cloud providers and enterprise customers.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience setting up and scaling TPM functions within an engineering organization.
• Knowledge of enterprise security and compliance programs such as SOC 2 and FedRAMP.
• Background in software engineering or site reliability engineering (SWE/SRE).
• Experience in infrastructure incident management and analysis.
