What you will do

• Execute complex PCB layouts for high-speed and high-density designs.
• Develop multi-layer PCB designs, including ceramic and organic substrates and advanced packaging structures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to define floor plans and design constraints.
• Integrate signal integrity, power integrity, and thermal considerations into implementations.
• Conduct design reviews to validate layout quality against project specifications.
• Coordinate with manufacturing partners to enable prototype builds and high-volume production.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience executing PCB layout for high-speed and high-density designs.
• Proficiency in PCB design tools such as Allegro PCB Design, DeHDL, Allegro APD, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of PCB fabrication processes and Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles.
• Experience applying signal integrity, power integrity, and thermal management practices.
• Must be based in or able to work from New Providence, NJ.
