What you will do

  • Design and execute strategic account development initiatives to expand customer value and revenue.
  • Manage annual quotas, oversee pipelines, and lead contract negotiations and renewal strategies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for C-level stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver Success Plans, reporting on ROI and operational maturity.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to align solutions with customer environments.
  • Drive adoption of best practices and act as a change management advocate within customer organizations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 6+ years of SaaS account management, customer success, or enterprise sales experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in contract negotiation and renewal strategy.
  • Proven track record of managing C-level relationships and driving software adoption.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Legal right to work in the UK is required.

Nice to have

  • Contact center and/or Workforce Management (WFM) background.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
