What you will do
- Design and execute strategic account development initiatives to expand customer value and revenue.
- Manage annual quotas, oversee pipelines, and lead contract negotiations and renewal strategies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for C-level stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver Success Plans, reporting on ROI and operational maturity.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to align solutions with customer environments.
- Drive adoption of best practices and act as a change management advocate within customer organizations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 6+ years of SaaS account management, customer success, or enterprise sales experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in contract negotiation and renewal strategy.
- Proven track record of managing C-level relationships and driving software adoption.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Legal right to work in the UK is required.
Nice to have
- Contact center and/or Workforce Management (WFM) background.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
