TL;DR

Market Sales Manager (Software): Driving sales for GolfNow software products and services with an accent on full-cycle sales, lead generation, and account management. Focus on expanding market penetration, optimizing tee time utilization, and building long-term partnerships with golf courses.

Location: Must reside in or be able to relocate to the greater Wisconsin area or work from the HQ in Orlando, Florida. Hybrid setup requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and cold calling to closing customized software solutions.
  • Maintain and grow an existing book of business through strategic account management.
  • Perform market and course analysis to identify growth opportunities and implement marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Area team to maximize market penetration and product adoption.
  • Document all sales activities and report revenues to the Regional Director via CRM.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience.
  • Must be based in or relocate to Wisconsin or Orlando, Florida.
  • Proficiency with computers and the internet.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly and work overtime/weekends as necessary.

Nice to have

  • Experience with online distribution platforms or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • College degree.
  • Proven track record of exceeding performance metrics.
