TL;DR
Sales Manager - National Accounts (B2B): Lead sellers growing and expanding complex employer accounts across the YM Careers Network with an accent on strategic coaching, consultative discovery, and pipeline/forecast discipline. Focus on improving rep effectiveness through hands-on coaching, strengthening outbound prospecting cadence, and driving consistent renewals, expansion, and multi-product adoption.
Location: Hybrid (Atlanta, GA office three days a week; remote two days per week)

What you will do
- Coach national account reps on deeper discovery to uncover expansion opportunities and enhanced recruitment solutions.
- Reinforce consultative, value-based selling and effective positioning of enhanced offerings.
- Manage pipeline and forecasting: drive pipeline inspections, ensure accurate opportunity staging/next steps/risk assessment, and maintain forecast accuracy.
- Run weekly team meetings and structured 1:1s; use Gong for call reviews and coaching.
- Set performance expectations and develop structured coaching plans when gaps exist; lead KPI-driven prospecting cadence alongside account growth.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of sales management experience in a B2B environment.
- Experience leading teams responsible for account growth, renewals, and prospecting.
- Strong consultative selling background and proven ability to coach discovery and outbound strategies.
- Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and experience using sales engagement/coaching tools such as Gong or Salesloft.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Willingness to travel up to 10% for trade shows and conferences.
