What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of Digital Health accounts, focusing on retention, expansion, and long-term partnership development.
- Drive new business and expansion opportunities within assigned prospects and existing accounts.
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery through proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer workflows, business objectives, and success measures.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, account plans, and customer activity data in CRM.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver strong outcomes.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US.
- Proven track record in managing and growing a book of business, including renewals and expansions.
- Demonstrated success in identifying and closing new revenue opportunities.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to operate independently in a lean, fast-paced environment.
- Experience selling into digital health, healthcare technology, or AI companies is preferred.
