What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of Digital Health accounts, focusing on retention, expansion, and long-term partnership development.
  • Drive new business and expansion opportunities within assigned prospects and existing accounts.
  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery through proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer workflows, business objectives, and success measures.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, account plans, and customer activity data in CRM.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver strong outcomes.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US.
  • Proven track record in managing and growing a book of business, including renewals and expansions.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying and closing new revenue opportunities.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to operate independently in a lean, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience selling into digital health, healthcare technology, or AI companies is preferred.
