Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Boca Raton or New York City office (Hybrid: 3+ days per week in-office).
Salary: $60,000–$75,000 + commission.

What you will do
- Sell exhibition space and sponsorship packages for flagship medical events.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare brands and industry stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasting within Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless event delivery and booth allocation.
- Identify and pursue upsell opportunities across the event portfolio.
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in sponsorships, media, or exhibitions.
- Proven ability to manage pipelines, negotiate contracts, and meet revenue KPIs.
- Strong communication skills for phone, video, and in-person interactions.
- Proficiency with CRM software, specifically Salesforce.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Boca Raton, FL or New York City, NY office.
