Total compensation: $244,621 – $314,449 per year (including base salary of $170,871 – $186,949)

What you will do
- Increase revenue and drive market development through direct sales to individual oncologists.
- Create and implement a strategic business plan to accelerate revenue growth within the assigned geography.
- Prospect and cultivate new business while maintaining key relationships with the cancer care community.
- Conduct consultative sales, coordinate logistics, and solve problems for medical professionals and staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven sales track record with a history of meeting or exceeding goals (e.g., Presidents Club).
- Experience selling medical diagnostics, medical/surgical devices, or selling directly to medical providers.
- Must reside within the Hawaii territory and be centrally located to defined accounts.
- Commitment to travel within the defined territory.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills with a results-oriented mindset.
Nice to have
- Clinical background as a Physician Assistant (PA), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in liquid biopsy tests.
