Clinical Account Manager (Medtech): Driving the launch and organic growth of the EEG platform within acute and critical care centers with an accent on medical education and clinical workflow optimization. Location: Must be based in the Raleigh/Durham, NC region. This is an onsite role requiring 60% travel within the territory.
Compensation: $100,000 – $180,000 USD (Base + OTE)

What you will do
- Expand the use of technology within existing acute and critical care customer bases.
- Partner with local Territory Managers to launch the platform at new customer sites.
- Conduct formal presentations, peer-to-peer education, and physician training sessions.
- Identify and establish clinical protocols for patients at risk of seizure.
- Troubleshoot workflow solutions and support departmental expansions.
- Manage administrative tasks and reporting via Salesforce.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Raleigh/Durham, NC area.
- 3-5 years of recent critical care sales experience OR 5 years of medical device/pharmaceutical sales experience.
- RN background with industry experience supporting sales teams is acceptable.
- Strong project management skills for supporting new account launches.
- Ability to travel 60% of the time within the assigned territory.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Startup experience or experience with disruptive technology.
- Neuro ICU clinical experience.
- Proven track record in medical device sales.
