TL;DR

Key Account Manager (Oncology): Managing a defined geography to support the launch of Lymphir to hematology-oncology and dermatology practices with an accent on complex scientific communication and reimbursement navigation. Focus on building relationships with KOLs, driving sales performance, and executing strategic territory plans in the US market.

Location: Must be based in the US (Kansas City, MO)

Compensation: $200,000 – $215,000 yearly

What you will do

  • Exceed assigned sales revenue goals and brand key performance objectives.
  • Convey complex scientific, reimbursement, and business information to HCPs and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local, regional, and national KOLs.
  • Analyze performance trends and execute business plans to optimize commercial potential.
  • Support customers with reimbursement, J code, and payer issues using the HUB support model.
  • Collaborate with medical affairs and cross-functional teams to ensure an integrated approach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of hematology/oncology or rare disease experience.
  • Strong understanding of oncology products, treatment modalities, and the oncology market landscape.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and expanding key accounts.
  • Proficiency in VEEVA systems.
  • Ability to sell both face-to-face and virtually.

Nice to have

  • Broad cross-functional experience in marketing, sales operations, or managed markets.
  • Existing relationships with oncologists and dermatologists.
  • Launch experience in the oncology space.
