What you will do
- Drive sales revenue and brand performance for the launch of Lymphir within the Northern CA territory.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with KOLs, medical centers, pharmacies, and other healthcare stakeholders.
- Conduct formal and informal presentations of complex scientific and reimbursement information to targets.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to optimize the commercial potential of the assigned product.
- Manage territory budgets and utilize CRM systems (Veeva) to maximize field effectiveness.
- Collaborate with medical affairs and cross-functional internal teams to ensure an integrated account management approach.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hematology, oncology, or rare disease sales.
- Strong understanding of oncology products, treatment modalities, and the market landscape.
- Proven track record of successful performance in key account management and product launches.
- Proficiency in VEEVA systems and a significant understanding of Infusion/Buy and Bill reimbursement.
- Ability to sell both face-to-face and virtually.
Nice to have
- Broad cross-functional experience in marketing, sales operations, training, or managed markets.
- Existing professional relationships with Hematologists, Oncologists, and Dermatologists in Northern CA.
- Experience working with specialty drugs via a HUB distribution model.
