Salary: $200,000 - $220,000 yearly

What you will do

• Support brand strategic initiatives by providing feedback on messaging, tactical execution, and novel programming concepts.
• Identify, profile, cultivate, and maintain long-term relationships with KOLs in hematology-oncology.
• Facilitate the planning, recruitment, and execution of regional and national advisory boards.
• Manage regional scientific congresses, including budgeting, contracting, and coordination of KOL meetings.
• Provide competitive intelligence and general insights from field interactions to help shape brand strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure efficient resource orchestration and customer follow-up.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Thought Leader Liaison in Hematology-oncology or rare disease.
• Product marketing or medical/clinical experience within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Ability to travel up to 90% of the time, including overnights.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong project management, analytical, and planning skills.

• MBA or MS degree in business, clinical, or science.
