Salary: $150,000 - $185,000 + equity

What you will do

• Design and fabricate test hardware, stands, and systems for satellite structures, components, and materials.
• Lead satellite subsystem test campaigns from kickoff through final reporting.
• Develop data acquisition, control, and instrumentation systems at the integrated level.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish product requirements and project test schedules.
• Mentor early-career engineers and implement company-wide testing best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, aerospace, or a relevant engineering discipline.
• 8+ years of industry experience in mechanical, structural, and/or electromechanical testing and analysis.
• Proficiency with CAD/FEA software, specifically NX (Unigraphics) and Teamcenter PLM.
• Experience with structural analysis tools such as Simcenter 3D, Femap, or Hypermesh.
• Practical programming skills in Python, MATLAB, Simulink, C++, R, or LabVIEW.
• Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual).
