Salary: $158,300 - $168,300 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead multiple transformation projects and workstreams within the Value Creation Office (VCO).
• Direct merger integration and execution across five distinct lines of business and Shared Services.
• Drive corporate development and strategic initiatives to ensure lasting value creation.
• Develop and coach a team of VCO professionals, managing at least one direct report.
• Utilize advanced financial modeling and synergy tracking to enhance operational performance.
• Collaborate directly with senior and executive leadership to deliver measurable results.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (excluding AK, DC, ME, NH, NM, OK, HI, MS, MT, NV, NE, ND, SD, VT, WY, WV).
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or higher preferred.
• Deep experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder programs within a private equity-backed environment.
• Distinguished capabilities in financial modeling and synergy tracking.
• Strong business acumen, analytical rigor, and executive presence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
