Salary: $136,600 - $195,300 USD

What you will do

• Lead pre-close integration planning, including synergy identification and risk assessment.
• Own and enforce the integration governance model, leading tollgate reviews with executive leadership.
• Track end-to-end synergy realization (cost and revenue) using value tracking dashboards.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Commercial, and EHS.
• Develop and execute integration communication strategies to minimize disruption and attrition.
• Institutionalize lessons learned and improve the integration playbook, templates, and checklists.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in M&A integration, operations, or consulting.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional integrations.
• Strong experience with value creation and synergy delivery.
• Experience operating in industrial, energy, or operational environments.
• Ability to perform duties within the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in waste management, energy, or material processing.
• Familiarity with tollgate or stage-gate operating models.
• Background in operational excellence systems.
