TL;DR

Principal, CXO Business Operations (Fintech): Serving as a strategic operational force multiplier for the CXO Leadership Team to orchestrate leadership alignment and global execution with an accent on breaking departmental silos and strategic planning. Focus on designing accountability metrics, managing high-stakes prioritization trade-offs, and driving organization-wide operational efficiency.

Location: Remote-eligible or onsite in San Jose, CA or Draper, UT. Must be based in the United States.

Salary: $128,900 - $189,900 USD (depending on geographic zone).

What you will do

  • Partner with the SVP of CXO to facilitate long-term strategic planning and roadmap development.
  • Lead critical, ambiguous, and high-priority initiatives spanning multiple CXO portfolios.
  • Design and facilitate high-stakes discussions, operational reviews, and annual strategic offsites.
  • Oversee the quarterly and annual goal-setting process (OKRs/KPIs) aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Drive the narrative and preparation for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs).
  • Collaborate with HR to foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture and monitor team health.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of professional experience in Management Consulting, BizOps, Corporate Strategy, or senior program management.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proven track record of driving alignment among senior executives in high-growth, global organizations.
  • Experience with complex strategic planning frameworks and large-scale program management.
  • Ability to analyze CX metrics (NPS, CSAT, SLA) and extract executive-level narratives.
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence and ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.

Nice to have

  • Prior exposure to Customer Experience, Customer Success, or Supply Chain.
  • Experience in scaled operational environments.
