Salary: $200,000 - $250,000

What you will do

• Lead AI transformation strategy by creating actionable roadmaps and industry-aligned operating model designs.
• Identify high-value AI opportunities and design intake and prioritization frameworks for senior stakeholders.
• Assess workforce readiness and design role-based enablement strategies and AI learning journeys.
• Manage change management efforts, including stakeholder mapping, impact assessments, and executive narratives.
• Drive business growth by originating senior-level relationships with CHROs and CDAOs to meet revenue targets.
• Mentor and develop consulting talent to ensure delivery excellence in complex, multi-stream engagements.

Requirements

• Must be currently based in New York with a strong local network of senior executive buyers.
• 10+ years of experience in consulting, delivering change or large-scale transformation programs.
• Experience leading AI transformation, workforce planning, or digital adoption (non-technical capacity is acceptable).
• Familiarity with responsible AI concepts, governance, privacy, and transparency.
• Proven track record in sales and business development to expand client relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.
