What you will do

• Deliver a scalable launch operating system and SOP to improve launch readiness, speed, and cross-functional alignment.
• Implement intake and ownership models to lock scope and timelines early, reducing rework and churn.
• Develop reusable templates, checklists, and communication briefs to shorten planning cycles and raise quality.
• Drive the company-wide rollout of the Launch AI Agent to enable stakeholders to easily find launch information.
• Establish a launch scorecard with readiness gates and conduct post-launch retrospectives to improve future cycles.
• Coordinate integrated plans and risk mitigations across Product Marketing, Engineering, Sales, and Executive teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in Marketing Operations, GTM, or Product Marketing Operations.
• Deep knowledge of Cloud and SaaS business models and Go-To-Market motions.
• Experience leveraging AI and technology to improve operational efficiency and quality.
• Strong project management skills with a proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead organizational transformations.
• BS/BA required; MBA or PMP certification is a plus.
