Location: Must be located within Hudson Valley, New York

Salary: Base $100K + $100K Commission + Equity

What you will do

• Spend approximately 4 days per week in the field meeting with providers within the territory.
• Research and prospect new provider partners to expand the referral network.
• Build trust and credibility with leads to convert them into loyal referral partners.
• Nurture long-term relationships with physicians, office managers, and clinic staff.
• Contribute to the Clinical Liaison function by refining processes and sharing best practices.

Requirements

• Proven success in provider-facing field sales, with experience in pharma, medical devices, or healthcare strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to independently build and grow a territory from the ground up (zero-to-one growth).
• Strong professional presence and ability to influence diverse medical office staff.
• Proficiency with CRM software, specifically Salesforce.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
