What you will do

• Develop tailored solutions to meet account needs and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Execute long-term, account-specific strategies to drive adoption, gain market share, and achieve commercial goals.
• Establish strong partnerships with key customer stakeholders and influencers, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Forecast and manage the sales pipeline, providing performance reports and ROI insights to regional leadership.
• Collaborate with internal Commercial, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Operations teams to address customer needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years sales or strategic account management experience in the healthcare industry.
• Experience selling into hospitals, health systems, and enterprise-level accounts.
• Willingness to travel 50-75% or more, including frequent overnight travel.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com and analytical tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
