- Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, guiding complex architecture and technology decisions.
- Connect technical capabilities (integrations, data flow, security, observability) to business outcomes.
- Lead technical and executive-level conversations, adapting depth to the audience.
- Support complex presales cycles through presentations, workshops, and solutioning.
- Position Pega within the clientβs broader enterprise ecosystem and align with client architecture and strategy.
- Operate across multiple accounts and industries, deciding when to go deep technically vs. engage SMEs.
Requirements
- 10-15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, presales, or related technical roles.
- Experience in complex enterprise environments with large-scale systems and integrations.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture concepts: data flow, integration, security, and system interoperability.
- Proven ability to engage both technical stakeholders and executive audiences.
- Experience participating in or leading technology evaluations such as RFPs and vendor selection.
- Ability to translate technical complexity into business-relevant outcomes.
