Location: Must be based in the US (Chicago, IL; New York, NY; Boston, MA; or Texas). Business travel required approximately 30% of the time.

Compensation: $183,680–$252,560 annually + 20% target incentives.

What you will do

• Lead client engagements with C-level stakeholders on multi-year platform strategy and investment prioritization.
• Design and govern enterprise AI Factory architectures, integrating GPU compute, data platforms, and security.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key client stakeholders to originate and shape technical deals.
• Identify architectural risks and provide executive-level guidance on trade-offs between innovation and cost.
• Mentor senior architects and define reusable patterns and reference architectures for the CSA practice.
• Maintain deep expertise in emerging AI, Data, and Hybrid IT platforms to drive client impact.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in business advisory or IT consulting.
• Demonstrated advisory experience in Data & Analytics, Machine Learning, and AI.
• Deep expertise in AI technologies, cloud, and high-performance compute.
• Strong financial and business acumen with experience presenting to C-suite executives.
• Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree (MBA/MSc) preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.

Nice to have

• Certifications in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or management consulting disciplines.
• Experience in Retail, Oil & Gas, FSI, or Manufacturing industries.
• Knowledge of data protection and privacy frameworks.
