What you will do

• Lead the opportunity presales solution team to build optimized, victory-oriented solutions for CIS services.
• Translate complex client business challenges into technically sound and commercially viable solution narratives.
• Coordinate client requirements across cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end solution integrity.
• Develop solution strategies, pricing structures, and contract schedules including SoW and SLAs.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate understanding of client environments and refine proposal narratives.
• Present solution rationales and value propositions to executive-level client stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 5 to 10+ years of experience in infrastructure services, presales, solution design, or service delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information and communicate clearly to technical and executive audiences.
• Experience with ITFM frameworks like TBM and supporting business case creation.
• Strong leadership skills to guide bid teams through high-pressure, time-constrained environments.
• Proficiency in using AI as a thinking partner for solution design and proposal drafting.
