What you will do

• Generate integrated design views of Installation Management and Logistics business operations using standard techniques and tools.
• Develop architecture and design models using OMG SysML 1.3, BPMN 2.0, and UML 2.3 standards.
• Support annual statutory compliance requirements by performing assessments in Army AAT, EKR, and APMS repositories.
• Document gaps in operational activities and prepare Change Packages for the Army EKR configuration control board.
• Create Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) compliance plans according to Army OCIO guidance.
• Translate customer needs into detailed process specifications for system architecture and design.

Requirements

• Must reside within the National Capital Region and be within commuting distance of Arlington, VA.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or higher clearance.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in business enterprise architecture.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Process Management, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience in process and portfolio analysis and optimization within government agencies.
• Proficiency with government-specific business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN).
