What you will do

• Deliver digital projects within the North America Digital Delivery team with a target utilization of 80%.
• Develop and deploy digital solutions and services by understanding business requirements, identifying pain points, and aligning to ROI and business goals.
• Partner with internal and external clients for use case exploration and proof-of-concept development to strengthen digital offerings.
• Lead project scoping, requirement analysis, gap analysis, feasibility assessments, and functional design/specifications.
• Support solution development/configuration, system and business process integration, user acceptance testing, deployment, and technical support/training.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and influence decision-making across technical and non-technical groups.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or Bachelor’s with Honours in Computer Science or Information Technology (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years in process or related industries (e.g., mining and metals, oil & gas, power, water, transportation).
• Strong knowledge of business process reengineering / Six Sigma and alignment to value management and change management (DILO).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration and presenting complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to facilitate team building, client relations, decision-making, and creative problem-solving.
• Ability to undertake high levels of travel to client/project sites.
