Salary: $72,000 – $100,000

What you will do

• Articulate user journeys, behaviors, and pain points to guide product development.
• Facilitate the end-to-end delivery process from use case identification to go-live.
• Collaborate with business teams to define analytic requirements and data models.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support service teams.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements based on historical trends.
• Automate and streamline standard reporting to enable self-service platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2-3 years of experience in business intelligence, including building data sets and dashboards.
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems.
• Excellent project management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively on multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Salesforce reporting or Tableau CRM.
• Experience with AAS (Analysis Services).
• Proficiency in Python or R.
• Master’s or advanced degree.
