What you will do

• Assist the Sales Inventory Manager with trafficking high-volume inbound campaign inventory hold requests.
• Handle pre- and post-launch trafficking responsibilities and inquiries, resolving inventory management conflicts.
• Produce and advise on “time-sold” and pre-emption to maximize inventory, and revise/review inventory for campaigns.
• Provide daily follow-ups to the Sales team on campaign holds and inventory status.
• Assist with creating new campaigns in the sales platform Ayuda.
• Maintain property calendars and use Trello to manage contracts and scheduling with up-to-date information.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Comfort answering programming and scheduling questions as needed in a fast-paced advertising environment.
• Strong problem-solving, proactive, detail-oriented approach.
• 4-year college degree.
• At least three years of experience in the advertising industry (preferred).
• Mac & PC experience.
