What you will do

• Support connectivity inventory management and material control processes across multiple campuses.
• Monitor inventory levels and material availability to ensure alignment with project demand signals.
• Perform routine data quality checks and resolve inventory discrepancies across systems of record.
• Develop and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics using BI tools.
• Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and construction teams to mitigate inventory risks and fulfillment gaps.
• Document inventory processes, SOPs, and operational workflows to support program knowledge.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Construction Management, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in inventory management, supply chain operations, or logistics.
• Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting data center, telecommunications, or network infrastructure programs.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
