What you will do

• Process special order purchase orders by reviewing data accuracy and integrity.
• Manage the special order inbox to provide prompt and accurate responses.
• Distribute and communicate order information effectively to stores and product teams.
• Maintain regular communication with external vendors to ensure timely product delivery.
• Collaborate with the Special Order Analyst to ensure fulfillment within quoted lead times.
• Perform PIM maintenance for SPO SKUs, including attribute management, costing, and dimensions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Must be able to work on-site in Boston Heights, OH.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel and Outlook.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and learn complex system interactions quickly.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in retail inventory software.
• Previous customer service or retail experience.
