Inventory Specialist

What you will do

• Pick, package, and ship products to fulfill internal and field inventory requirements.
• Perform regular inventory cycle counts and manage weekly restock orders.
• Create and update transaction records including fulfillments, receipts, and adjustments in NetSuite ERP.
• Receive incoming inventory and ensure accurate data entry into the system.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and manage shipping material supplies.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Customer Service departments to support fulfillment needs.

Requirements

• Must have full-time work authorization in the United States without sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous work experience in inventory management.
• Prior experience working with an ERP system.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Availability to work periodically on weekends or evenings as needed.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in the medical device industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel including pivot tables and v-lookups.
• Prior experience specifically with NetSuite ERP.
