What you will do

• Coordinate daily deployments between Field Agents and Piloting teams to ensure on-time robot operations.
• Monitor live operations and resolve real-time issues to minimize service disruptions.
• Enforce adherence to SOPs, safety protocols, and quality measures.
• Manage depot opening/closing and track key operational metrics such as efficiency and uptime.
• Support the onboarding and training of new Operations Associates.
• Provide ad hoc support for field operations, piloting, and project initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or customer service.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to drive mid-size utility vehicles.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
