What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop an Order & Data Management team, including onboarding, performance management, and career development.
- Oversee daily order operations and client communications to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and SLA compliance; escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Drive process improvement by using metrics and KPIs, and by documenting/standardizing workflows (SOPs and work instructions).
- Coordinate cross-functional execution and escalations with Distribution Operations, Supply Chain, Order to Cash, Finance, IT, Serialization, and Client Success.
- Ensure a positive client experience through proactive communication and timely operational updates.
- Maintain compliance and quality controls across order processing, data accuracy, pricing/credits, and order entry.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in an hourly administrative environment, preferably supporting distribution center administration (planning and scheduling orders/deliveries).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability for complex situations and effective solution implementation.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong customer-centric mindset, highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
