TL;DR

Manager, Distribution Order Management: Overseeing distribution order execution across order analysis, DEA forms processing, inventory quarantine/release, invoice processing, document destruction, and PO management with an accent on team leadership and operational excellence. Focus on driving compliance, resolving complex client issues, improving workflows using metrics/KPIs, and coordinating daily execution across cross-functional stakeholders.

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop an Order & Data Management team, including onboarding, performance management, and career development.
  • Oversee daily order operations and client communications to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and SLA compliance; escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Drive process improvement by using metrics and KPIs, and by documenting/standardizing workflows (SOPs and work instructions).
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution and escalations with Distribution Operations, Supply Chain, Order to Cash, Finance, IT, Serialization, and Client Success.
  • Ensure a positive client experience through proactive communication and timely operational updates.
  • Maintain compliance and quality controls across order processing, data accuracy, pricing/credits, and order entry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in an hourly administrative environment, preferably supporting distribution center administration (planning and scheduling orders/deliveries).
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability for complex situations and effective solution implementation.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset, highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
