What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for equipment and material vendors across multiple programs.
• Manage equipment and material control processes to ensure accurate demand planning and inventory visibility.
• Develop and improve business intelligence reporting, dashboards, and automated data workflows.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings with vendors, construction teams, and business stakeholders.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and day-to-day guidance to project coordinators and analysts.
• Ensure consistent documentation standards and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain operations, material controls, or vendor management.
• 2+ years of experience leading teams or managing cross-functional programs.
• Proven ability to influence teams and drive outcomes without direct authority.
• Demonstrated experience managing competing priorities across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience leading process improvement initiatives and driving organizational change.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting hyperscale data center or mission-critical infrastructure programs.
• Proficiency with enterprise systems like Primavera P6, SmartBOM, SAP, or Oracle.
• Knowledge of owner-furnished equipment (OFE) processes.
• Experience leveraging AI tools for reporting, documentation, or workflow automation.
