What you will do

• Support partner organizations in strengthening clinical quality assurance and performance data analysis.
• Monitor and validate data in digital platforms like CommCare and Salesforce to ensure integrity.
• Develop and deliver training on clinical practices and digital tools for healthcare providers.
• Provide front-line technical support and troubleshoot system challenges for partners.
• Document best practices and contribute to research and technical publications.
• Facilitate collaboration between clinical, program, and digital systems teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in Nigeria with valid work authorization.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Medicine, Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation Sciences, or related clinical discipline.
• 5-7 years of experience in clinical practice, public health, or health systems strengthening.
• Fluency in English required.
• Experience with digital health platforms, data visualization, and CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25–30% of the time.

Nice to have

• Formal Ponseti training and experience in clubfoot treatment.
• Additional training in Public Health, Quality Improvement, or Digital Health.
• Experience working with teaching hospitals or tertiary healthcare facilities.
