Location: Remote (United States). Must be a Skillbridge applicant (transitioning active-duty military in final 180 days of service). Available only in specific states: AL, CA, CO, DC, FL, IN, MO, NC, NJ, NM, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, WY.

What you will do
- Maintain project data and track milestones, deliverables, and action items to ensure alignment with program timelines.
- Analyze program data to create reports and dashboards reflecting project status, funding, and performance.
- Coordinate project meetings, distribute materials, and manage communication across stakeholders.
- Review project artifacts to identify risks, inconsistencies, or gaps for management awareness.
- Support the resolution of invoicing and payment issues in coordination with Contracting and Finance.
- Assist in testing new operational tools and developing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Requirements
- Skillbridge status: Must be transitioning active-duty military in their final 180 days of service.
- Location: Must be based in one of the approved US states listed above.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum one year of experience in a project support or analyst role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard project management tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting government or Department of Defense (DoD) programs.
- Familiarity with Other Transaction Authorities (OTAs).
- Certifications such as CAPM, Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma.
