What you will do

• Oversee implementation programs for strategic enterprise customers from setup to transition.
• Partner with sales and engineering teams to scope, price, and execute complex technical integrations with CRM, ERP, and data lake systems.
• Serve as a strategic escalation point to resolve customer issues and drive timely project delivery.
• Develop and refine enterprise implementation playbooks and collateral to improve service efficiency.
• Act as a technical bridge between product, engineering, and non-technical customer stakeholders.
• Establish Professional Services as a high-margin revenue generator for the company.

Requirements

• Must have an eligible work permit in the USA
• 10+ years of customer-facing experience with 5+ years leading large-scale implementation programs.
• Proven experience in healthcare and enterprise SaaS environments.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, science, or engineering.
• Documented history of building strategic relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
