Salary: $190,000–$220,000

What you will do
- Oversee implementation programs for strategic enterprise customers from setup to transition.
- Partner with sales and engineering teams to scope, price, and execute complex technical integrations with CRM, ERP, and data lake systems.
- Serve as a strategic escalation point to resolve customer issues and drive timely project delivery.
- Develop and refine enterprise implementation playbooks and collateral to improve service efficiency.
- Act as a technical bridge between product, engineering, and non-technical customer stakeholders.
- Establish Professional Services as a high-margin revenue generator for the company.
Requirements
- Must have an eligible work permit in the USA
- 10+ years of customer-facing experience with 5+ years leading large-scale implementation programs.
- Proven experience in healthcare and enterprise SaaS environments.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, science, or engineering.
- Documented history of building strategic relationships with executive-level stakeholders.

- Advanced degree in business or healthcare administration.
- Project management certification.
