What you will do

• Run end-to-end operations for ecosystem growth programs, including grants, accelerators, and hackathons.
• Serve as an external representative of hirify.global, engaging with founders, grantees, and developer communities.
• Partner with finance, legal, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure seamless program delivery.
• Monitor budgets, process payments, and ensure fiscal accountability for program initiatives.
• Maintain CRMs and dashboards to track program metrics, goals, and performance.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to scale program impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operating global accelerator or grant programs within fintech, VC, or startup ecosystems.
• Direct experience in the crypto, blockchain, or Web3 industry with a strong understanding of the ecosystem.
• Strong operational background in managing complex, multi-stakeholder workflows and capital deployment.
• Proficiency with CRM and project management tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Airtable, and Asana.
• Strong growth and metrics fluency, including funnel targets and partner performance benchmarking.
• Must be comfortable with hybrid work and able to collaborate in-office 10+ days per month.
