Location: Must be based in the United States
Salary: $126,490 - $171,134 per year

What you will do
- Lead multiple product teams and large initiatives through the full product life-cycle.
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Scrum values, Agile principles, and process improvements.
- Partner with Product Owners to build and maintain product roadmaps and release plans.
- Facilitate decision-making, conflict resolution, and cross-team collaboration.
- Communicate initiative-level metrics and status updates to senior executives.
- Identify and remove barriers to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related technical field.
- 4-6 years of experience in a lead role on projects or Scrum teams, including at least 3 years as a Scrum Master.
- Expertise in Agile practices, iterative development, and software development processes.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and influence skills across all organizational levels.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Experience leading teams in SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban contexts.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification.
- Experience managing risk mitigation, tracking, and contingency planning.
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Financial management experience for budget administration.
