Salary: $126,490 - $171,134 per year

What you will do

• Lead multiple product teams and large initiatives through the full product life-cycle.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Scrum values, Agile principles, and process improvements.
• Partner with Product Owners to build and maintain product roadmaps and release plans.
• Facilitate decision-making, conflict resolution, and cross-team collaboration.
• Communicate initiative-level metrics and status updates to senior executives.
• Identify and remove barriers to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related technical field.
• 4-6 years of experience in a lead role on projects or Scrum teams, including at least 3 years as a Scrum Master.
• Expertise in Agile practices, iterative development, and software development processes.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and influence skills across all organizational levels.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience leading teams in SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban contexts.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification.
• Experience managing risk mitigation, tracking, and contingency planning.
• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Financial management experience for budget administration.
