What you will do

• Lead high-impact Finance Technology initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Collaborate closely with Corporate Technology leadership and CFO stakeholders.
• Drive the execution of complex technical solutions and service deliverables.
• Manage project lifecycles using Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Integrate financial systems with actuarial, policy administration, and claims platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or Actuarial Science.
• 8+ years of experience managing complex projects and 6+ years of Agile product delivery.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
• PM Certification such as PMP and/or Agile Scrum Master.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP, S/4 HANA, or Treasury products like Kyriba.
• Expertise with project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience using AI solutions (Claude, Copilot) for efficient work output.
• Strong data analysis and visualization skills for extracting insights from financial data.
