Salary: $105,000 – $155,000 CAD

What you will do

• Strategize delivery approaches with business stakeholders and leadership.
• Manage day-to-day Scrum Master responsibilities for distributed Agile teams.
• Develop and execute project plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
• Oversee project resource management, financials, and risk mitigation.
• Champion Agile values and facilitate business readiness and transition to operations.
• Present project status and insights to senior management and C-level executives.

Requirements

• Current work authorization for Canada is required.
• 3-5 years of Project Management or Scrum Master experience in the financial industry.
• Strong knowledge of project delivery frameworks including Waterfall, Hybrid, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrix environment.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, Agile, SAFe, or Scrum.
• Post-secondary degree or equivalent work experience.
