Agile Delivery Manager

TL;DR

Agile Delivery Manager: Mentoring multiple Agile teams and overseeing end-to-end delivery of products or services using Agile methods with an accent on cross-team alignment, dependency/bottleneck management, and risk/tradeoff decisions. Focus on facilitating Scrum/Kanban/SAFe/Lean practices, removing impediments, and communicating consolidated agile portfolio updates to senior stakeholders.

Location: Toronto office (483 Bay Street) until approximately late 2026; then Mississauga office (3 Robert Speck Parkway). Current work authorization for Canada is required.

Salary: $115,000–$152,000 base salary + discretionary performance bonus (annual range).

What you will do

• Mentor multiple Agile teams and coach Agile practices, troubleshooting issues, and mentoring team members.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, reviews) across multiple teams to drive alignment.
• Remove impediments and resolve escalated bottlenecks/roadblocks to keep teams productive.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery flow by tracking dependencies and work in progress to identify and address bottlenecks.
• Manage risks and priority conflicts by making tradeoff decisions to deliver maximum business value.
• Develop and communicate consolidated agile portfolio-level updates to the Senior Executive Team and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Work authorization for Canada is required.
• 3+ years of experience working in Agile teams, with at least 2 years as a Scrum Master or Product Owner.
• Certified Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Master certification; Product Owner certification.
• Certifications such as CSM, CSPO, or PMI-ACP.
• Leadership experience coordinating multiple teams with diverse skillsets, including conflict resolution and change enablement.
• Strong knowledge of Agile values/principles/practices and experience facilitating Agile events.

Nice to have

• Advanced Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Master II certification.
• Financial Services experience; Canadian Securities Course or Canadian Investment Funds Operations Course.
