Associate Business Analyst (AI)

Location: Remote, aligned with U.S. hub locations in Dallas, Chicago, Atlanta, and Lincoln; applications from outside these locations are also welcomed

Salary: $70,000–$85,000 starting base salary in the United States, with possible additional bonus or commission plans

What you will do

• Contribute to sprint planning, backlog refinement, risk identification, and priority management within client delivery teams.
• Run and support client discovery workshops, challenge existing processes, and identify opportunities to improve end-user outcomes.
• Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, process designs, data inputs, integration touchpoints, and exception scenarios.
• Produce analytical reporting on product performance using tools such as ThoughtSpot.
• Design and optimize AI-driven workflows, including prompt strategies and AI-assisted analysis and documentation.
• Own test strategies, acceptance criteria, UAT, end-to-end scenarios, edge cases, compliance-sensitive flows, and AI output validation.

Requirements

• Business Analysis experience with meaningful exposure to insurance, including underwriting, claims, policy administration, or distribution.
• Experience running client-facing workshops and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, prompt engineering, AI-assisted workflows, and LLM behavior and limitations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent English is required.
