Lead Analyst, Business Resiliency

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations may be required. Candidates must reside in and be authorized to work within the United States.

Salary: $111,800–$167,700 per year, based on experience.

What you will do

• Develop and mature enterprise business resiliency strategies, frameworks, governance processes, continuity plans, business impact analyses, tabletop exercises, and recovery strategies.
• Lead enterprise risk management program execution, including risk assessments, taxonomies, analytics, reporting, key risk indicators, dashboards, and scenario analyses.
• Design and govern an integrated enterprise control architecture covering control standards, ownership, evidence, lifecycle management, and cross-framework mappings.
• Analyze relationships between risks, controls, findings, obligations, and assurance activities to identify gaps, redundancies, and mitigation opportunities.
• Partner with Internal Audit, Finance, Compliance, Cybersecurity, IT, Privacy, Legal, Operations, and third-party risk stakeholders to improve organizational resilience and risk visibility.
• Apply automation, analytics, artificial intelligence, and GRC technologies to improve program efficiency, reporting, monitoring, and executive decision-making.

Requirements

• At least six years of progressive experience in business resiliency and enterprise risk management, including at least two years at the Manager level.
• At least two years of experience managing people.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in health information management, health information systems, risk management, accounting, auditing, finance, healthcare revenue cycle, or a related field.
• CBCP, MBCI, CRISC, RIMS-CRMP, CIA, CISA, or CRCR certification, or willingness to obtain a relevant certification within nine months.
• Experience with risk, control, resiliency, governance, or GRC platforms and strong data analysis, reporting, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint capabilities.
• Must reside in and be authorized to work within the United States; willingness and ability to travel for onsite work is required as business needs require.

Nice to have

• Experience with COSO ERM, ISO 31000, ISO 22301, NIST CSF, NIST AI RMF, HITRUST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 1/SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI DSS, or related standards.
• Experience with Optro RiskOversight, CrossComply, AuditBoard, ServiceNow IRM/GRC, Archer, Workiva, MetricStream, Fusion, or comparable platforms.
• Experience applying artificial intelligence, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies to risk, resiliency, governance, and control programs.
