What you will do

• Conduct regular in-person inspections of public spaces and individual units to ensure brand standards.
• Perform minor property repairs and maintenance tasks using a toolkit.
• Coordinate with housekeeping partners and service vendors to ensure property readiness.
• Manage supply inventory levels and restock as needed.
• Provide on-site support for guest issues, including lockouts and last-minute requests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and execute cost-effective property improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in Chicago, Illinois and have reliable transportation.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of insurance required.
• Proficiency with modern technology tools for daily operations.
• Ability to perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
