Compensation: $65,000–$80,000 annually

What you will do

• Support daily operations of assigned multifamily properties to ensure high tenant satisfaction and efficiency.
• Manage tenant relations, communications, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate building staff, including maintenance, leasing, and administrative personnel.
• Monitor preventative maintenance programs, capital improvement projects, and vendor performance.
• Track and resolve building compliance matters, including DOB, ECB, FDNY, and HPD violations.
• Assist with financial tasks including invoice management, budgeting, and P&L review.

Requirements

• 2+ years of multifamily property management experience within New York City.
• Understanding of NYC real estate operations, compliance requirements, and local housing regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Yardi.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• NY Real Estate Salesperson License.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Multisite management experience.
