Salary: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day property operations including move-ins, lease renewals, and inspections.
• Oversee financial health, including budget monitoring and contract preparation.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure quality living environments.
• Work with Resident Services Coordinators to organize community activities.
• Ensure compliance with housing regulations and organizational policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and resolve community challenges.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Portland, ME
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties
• Proficiency in English
• Experience managing multi-family housing preferred
• Knowledge of general accounting principles and budget management
• Experience with Microsoft Office products
